Frank J. Nicchi, DC, MS currently serves as the president of the Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC) and as president of the New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), a position he has held since September, 2000. Nicchi earned a Baccalaureate degree from St. John’s University (New York) in 1973, his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1978 and a Master of Science degree in Management (with Honors) at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester in 2005. In 1980, he was appointed to the faculty of New York Chiropractic College, teaching in the areas of clinical diagnosis and chiropractic technique. He maintains the faculty rank of professor in the department of Diagnosis and Clinical Practice. Additionally, he has served as a faculty clinician at the College’s outpatient health center in Levittown, NY and as dean of the division of Postgraduate and Continuing Education.

Nicchi is a past member of the board of directors of the New York State Chiropractic Association and a fellow of both the American and International College of Chiropractors. Prior to his appointment as NYCC president, Nicchi was a prominent postgraduate seminar and conference lecturer having presented at the American Back Society, the Hospital for Joint Diseases Spine Center in New York City, as well as conducting two collaborative seminars with the late Janet Travell, MD. Nicchi practiced chiropractic in New York State for 22 years.
